We made our first TV appearance on Greater Somerville. The conversation largely centered around Kitchen Inc. For those that may not know, Kitchen Inc. is a shared-use commercial kitchen (aka culinary incubator or cooperative kitchen) that allows food entrepreneurs like myself to operate without the financial burden that comes along with owning a brick-and-mortar. It's what we affectionately call "our home". Other businesses that operate out of Kitchen Inc. include Booze Epoque, Cuisine en Locale and Something Gud. We, of course, keep everyone well caffeinated. Afterall, that is what we do best.
